The VOOPOO Vmate Max 2 Vape Kit is a compact, draw-activated refillable pod kit with a large 2100mAh built-in battery, up to 30W of power and a 0.85 inch HD hidden screen. It uses VOOPOO's VMATE Cartridge V4 pods, which are available in 0.4, 0.7 and 1.0ohm, so you can choose a tight mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw or a looser restricted direct-to-lung (RDL) draw. A back-mounted airflow slider lets you fine-tune the draw, and the Multi-Flavour Mode adjusts the output to suit the type of e-liquid you use.

The Vmate Max 2 is the newest kit in the VMATE range and a step up in battery size from the original Vmate Max. There is no firing button to press. You fill a pod, let it soak, and inhale. The screen stays hidden until you use it, giving the device a clean, minimal look while still showing the information you need.

Multi-Flavour Mode

Different e-liquids taste best at different power levels. Multi-Flavour Mode gives you output settings tuned for Fruit, Herb, Drink and Dessert flavours, so you can match the output to the e-liquid in your pod rather than adjusting the wattage by hand. It works with both e-liquids and nic salts.

Hidden Screen and Airflow Slider

The 0.85 inch HD screen is hidden beneath the front panel and appears when you use the device, keeping the look clean and minimal. A slider on the back adjusts airflow from tighter to more open, so you can fine-tune the draw to suit the pod and e-liquid you are using. Take care not to cover the slider with your fingers while vaping.

VMATE Cartridge V4 Pods

The Vmate Max 2 uses VMATE Cartridge V4 pods, available in 0.4ohm, 0.7ohm and 1.0ohm. Pods are filled from the top, held in place by magnets, and use VOOPOO's Liquid-Seal Shield design to help keep the pod leak-resistant. How to Fill and Use

Take the pod out of the packaging, remove any seals, and fill it slowly with e-liquid through the fill port. Don't overfill.
Close the fill port and press the pod firmly into the device so the magnets hold it.
Wait a few minutes (or follow the instructions in the pack) so the coil can soak up e-liquid fully.
Choose your mode and adjust the airflow slider to your preference.
Inhale gently through the mouthpiece. The device fires automatically.
Recharge with a USB-C cable when the battery runs low.

Choosing E-liquid and Pods

For a tight, cigarette-like MTL draw, use the 0.7ohm or 1.0ohm pod with nic salts or 50/50 e-liquids. For a looser RDL draw with more vapour, use the 0.4ohm pod with a lower nicotine strength. UK nicotine e-liquid is capped at 20mg/ml, so pick the strength that suits you. If you are not sure, start lower and go up if needed.

Tips for Getting the Most from Your Vmate Max 2

Let the coil soak after filling. Skipping this is the most common cause of a burnt or weak first few puffs.
Fill slowly and avoid overfilling to reduce leaks and gurgling.
Match the pod to your e-liquid. Higher resistance for nic salts and tight draws, lower resistance for lighter strengths and airier draws.
Try Multi-Flavour Mode to see which setting suits your e-liquid best.
Keep your fingers off the airflow slider while vaping so you don't accidentally restrict the draw.
Replace the pod when flavour fades. Keep a spare to hand.
